Submit a Complaint

You can choose to submit the complaint in person or send it in writing (via CTT). In this case, download the form here and go to contacts.

Before submitting a complaint, you must consult the Center’s Regulations

NOTE: The complaint process presented will go to the defendant(s) or to other companies or entities that may intervene in it, meaning you will need to authorize the transmission of the personal data contained therein.

The mediation procedure carried out by the Center may not suspend the deadlines for taking legal action. The arbitration decision is binding on the parties and has the same value and enforceable force as a sentence from a judicial court. The consumer can be represented by a lawyer or solicitor, and, if they do not have the economic means to do so, they can request legal aid, in accordance with the law that regulates access to law and the courts.

    Your complaint has been sent to our services. It will now be distributed to a jurist who will analyze it and contact the Applicant (consumer).

    However, in case you do not receive a confirmation (via email) that your complaint has been received within 10 days, please contact our services.

  • What happens next?

    The complaint is then forwarded to the supplier of the goods/service provider so that they can comment on it.
