Before submitting a complaint, you must consult the Center’s Regulations
NOTE: The complaint process presented will go to the defendant(s) or to other companies or entities that may intervene in it, meaning you will need to authorize the transmission of the personal data contained therein.
Your complaint has been sent to our services. It will now be distributed to a jurist who will analyze it and contact the Applicant (consumer).
However, in case you do not receive a confirmation (via email) that your complaint has been received within 10 days, please contact our services.
The complaint is then forwarded to the supplier of the goods/service provider so that they can comment on it.
